The owner of this building conveyed  concern over  having another modified roof installed after his existing roof started to leak in several places.

He also conveyed his needs for a aesthetically pleasing and inviting  sun deck.

After listening to the owners, we offered a roof over with Fibertite heat welded membrane.

Knowing that the versatility  of Fibertite and the over all aesthetics  is what the owner wanted.
